1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aiconversations.net (the "Site") or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

4. User Content

"User Content" means any text, images, files, or other material you submit or display via the Service.

  • Ownership – You retain any intellectual-property rights you have in your User Content.
  • License to Us – You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify (solely for technical formatting), and publicly perform your User Content for the purpose of operating the Service.
  • Public Nature – User Content you post may be publicly viewable and indexed by search engines. Do not post personal data or confidential information.
